She has over 25 years of progressive experience in all areas of non-profit and NGO leadership with extensive experience in Financial Management, Development and Fundraising and Human Resources.
She holds a professional accounting qualification and is a member of the Association of Chartered and Certified Accountants. She also graduated from the City University of New York, Baruch College, School of Public and International Affairs, with a master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Nonprofit Management.

details. She has also acquired leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills
that enable her to meet the needs of various clients.
Genece graduated from the University of the West Indies with a bachelor’s degree in
Management studies, with honors. She has been working with Archibald Accounting
and Business Services for the past two and a half years.

Julie Gumbs is an accomplished banker and proven customer service specialist with over twenty-five years’ experience in corporate, retail and operations banking. She has demonstrated success by leading diverse teams to achieve long and short-term organizational goals. She has an innate ability to multitask, prioritizing for maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Julie has a passion for helping people and uses her skills to educate her clients on financial literacy, while presenting them with creative options to restructure their debts. As a banker, she has also worked with small and medium sized businesses, analyzing their finances, and recommending solutions to make their businesses more sustainable.
Julie is all about process improvement and a high concentration on delivering excellent customer service ‘Right First Time’ to build long term relations with both internal and external customers.
